Pro Agent Solutions has been working hard to enhance our platform to generate more value for users. Below is an overview of a new feature and enhancement released for Showing Pro.

Feedback requests can now be sent by text!

We are excited to announce feedback requests can now be sent to showing agents by text as well as email. Many agents requested this feature to help improve feedback response rates because so much communication is done by text. Showing agents will be texted a link to the questionnaire. When they respond to the feedback text link, their reply will be emailed to the listing agent like it currently is.

For customers whose feedback requests are automatically sent out because they have set-up a Supra or Sentrilock electronic lockbox profile, nothing needs to be done. As long as the showing agent has a mobile number saved in their Supra or Sentrilock profile, the number will be automatically imported along with their email. Feedback requests will be texted and emailed to them.

For customers who are manually scheduling showings and/or sending out feedback requests, a mobile number needs to be added to the showing agent contact information so a feedback text can go out as well.

Upgrade to Showing Pro

Feedback Pro customers will need upgrade their subscription to Showing Pro in order to take advantage of Feedback by Text. To upgrade a subscription to Showing Pro please contact support here or call us at 800.245.1526.
