CRM Pro which is our real estate CRM from Pro Agent Solutions now allows you to assign a contact to a different agent account.
This feature allows a lead agent or broker to assign and track who owns the contact (lead) within the team.
We have also added the Audit History feature where audit events are being recorded detailing who it was reassigned.
This feature allows you to have a landing account in a team using our broker portal where leads from sources such Digital Flyer and Zapier interfaces (e.g. Facebook, Zillow, IDXBroker,…) are routed to a lead (e.g. broker or lead agent) who then assigns them our to individual agents to follow up on.
