Customer Success Representative
Pro Agent Solutions is currently looking for a Customer Success Representative (Analyst or Manager level) to help our customers succeed with using our software and assist with platform updates that benefit our customers. The focus of a CSM is maximizing client satisfaction while minimizing customer churn. If you thrive providing great customer experiences, are tech savvy and able to learn new software quickly, you might be a good match.
Sales Development Representative
Our SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) increase the qualified pipeline of new opportunities for our software solution targeted at real estate agents and brokers. The role is focused on the front-end of the sales process qualifying inbound leads and/or conducting outbound prospecting to generate sales pipeline. The SDR should be a self-starter with a track record of successful, lead follow-up and sales development experience at multiple executive levels.
Pro Agent Solutions is looking for a high velocity Account Executives (AEs) to help us grow revenue. We are growing fast, but need motivated and determined sales professionals to reach our goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-5 years selling experience to be part of an exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business.
