Team members can also manage other showing suite tasks in their calendar in addition to showings. You can also specify any parties who need to approve the showing. Showing Pro then generates the approvals automatically and sends confirmations and reminders via text message and email. The software also stores the agents’ contact information when they schedule showings for your listings. You can easily use this information to notify them of listing pricing updates.

Calendar

Showing Scheduler displays the calendar activities for your entire team in a single view for both the standard online portal and mobile-friendly site. Showing Feedback automates showing feedback for your listings in our showingsuite. Showings are downloaded from Sentrilock and Supra electronic lockboxes or manually added. Next, the system emails and texts the best real estate feedback questions to the buyer’s agent. The agent responds with input from the potential buyers. You are emailed their reply.
